This Employee Intranet Site is provided for the convenience of Citadel’s employees. All manuals, policies, forms and other information are copyrighted and the property of Citadel, and may not be reproduced except in the normal course of employment. All manuals, policies, forms and other information are confidential, and may not be disclosed or used except in the normal course of employment.

Confidentiality

Employees must maintain the confidentiality of information entrusted to them by the Company or that otherwise comes into their possession in the course of their employment, except when disclosure is authorized or legally mandated. The obligation to preserve confidential information continues even after you leave the Company. Confidential information includes all non-public information that may be of use to competitors, or harmful to the Company or its customers, if disclosed. It also includes information that suppliers and customers have entrusted to us. For example, the following are considered confidential: technical information about Citadel’s tools or equipment; financial data; information about how certain processes work; price lists and service contracts; methods of conducting operations; business plans and intentions; and legal matters. Just as each of us owes an obligation concerning confidentiality to Citadel, we also owe that obligation to our prior employers. We want to compete fairly in the marketplace by providing great service and a superior product. We do not want any of our employees using confidential and proprietary information that they gained while working for a prior employer.
